I guess this isn't much of a DIY. It's more like a compilation of random, step by step photos because I've been too busy to put together a real DIY. Hey, I'm a busy lady!
The other day I went shopping with my mama, and they had a teeny little DIY strawberry plant! Of course, I insisted that I needed it and convinced my mom to buy it for me. When I showed mister, he pointed to my window sill.
I really like miniplants... But after a couple of weeks of taking care of them I usually forget to water them, so this is my plant grave...
Anyways... Step 1: Buy a mini plant kit from Target! They're only $1!
Step 2: Add water to the little dirt pellet that comes in the box. Then add some seeds!
I promise to share the photos from the Dali soon, too! It was so much fun! I'm considering volunteering as a regular docent for one of the museums nearby. There are so many in the area : the Dali, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Chihuly!
We'll see.
P.S. Happy almost-Friday!

Wasn't that a great tutorial? I didn't read the instructions on the package or anything!
I'm sorry, I know this was lame. I promise I have a really awesome DIY coming up soon, though. You know, if I ever find the time...I promise to share the photos from the Dali soon, too! we grew strawberries growing up on our farm. they spread like wildfire. every year they took up more space!!!
ReplyDeleteHaha, your poor plant grave! Good luck with the strawberries though. It is awesome that they were only a dollar.
ReplyDeleteok how cute are you? i totally want to try this! i'm a sucker for fresh strawberries....we once had a garden and then got a puppy who ate the graden so maybe this can be my alternative? i think so. tell me how it goes!
ReplyDeleteLol. You're so funny! I can never remember to water plants, which is why I don't bother trying to plant anything in the first place. I was supposed to do a DIY/craft post today too but I didn't have time to get the supplies so I'll probably post it next week...or something. Lol.
ReplyDelete♥ Duckie.
I am excited for your upcoming DIY! I am really bad at taking care of plants. I somehow managed to kill a cactus. It dried out and died. I didn't know that was even possible. Hahaha.
